今日も五ヶ瀬町の上組小学校にお邪魔しています！
今私は、昼休みが終わってサッカーのせいで太ももがパンパンな状態です（笑）
それでなぜまだ上組小学校にいるのかというと、午後からも面白い授業があるなんです。
午後からはこちらの
「夕焼けトーク」という授業に参加させれもらう予定になっています。
今回も教頭先生にお話を伺っていきます。

教育委員会渡木さんの夕焼けトーーーーク
こちらが今回お話をしてくださる五ヶ瀬町教育委員会の渡木さんです！
渡木さんは中学校の先生をされたあと、大学の准教授としても活躍され民間でも働いたあと五ヶ瀬町で教育指導主事としてお勤めされています。
そんな渡木さんからどんな話しが聞けるのでしょうか。
渡木さんはまず、３つの液体が入った桶を持ってこられました。

恐る恐る手を突っ込む二人。特別動きはありません・・・

また恐る恐る、手を真ん中の液体に入れます
すると二人は同時に「冷たい！」「温かい！」と言います。
ざわざわする生徒たちを尻目に渡木さんは

渡木さんは、「親の心、子知らず」という熟語を例題に、親の気持ちもわからないし、親も子供の気持ちを全部把握しているわけじゃない。だから僕が言いたいことは

児童たちも渡木さんの雰囲気に「あれ、ただの面白いおじさんじゃないぞ・・・」という雰囲気を出し始めました。
さらに渡木さんはこう続けます。

ここで児童たちのモニョモニョタイム
班に分かれて友達どうしでモニョモニョします。
モニョモニョタイムのあと児童から
「人間は、ヒトとヒトの間があって、あの間につながりがあるから人間」という答えがでてきました。

最後に児童から質問がありました。
「先生が親といて、幸せだったと思うことはありますか？？」

以上で渡木さんの夕焼けトークは終了しました。
児童たちも、渡木さんが涙ぐんだ瞬間にぐっと力が入っているような気がしました。
この自然豊かで、昔ながらの生活をしながら、今を生きる子どもたちは僕ら以上にいろんなことを経験するかもしれないけど、人間として人の事を思いやる気持ちをいつまでも持ってほしいなと思いました。
世界農業遺産高千穂郷椎葉山地域の最大のポイントも「人と人とのつながり」です。
いつまでも素直な気持ち忘れんでほしいな〜と思った今回の取材でした。
